Big plans for the day, off to the Palace of Versailles. Not very good plans though, the thing was booked out. Plan B was a boat trip on the Seine River, so plan B it was. Damn, I was really looking forward to that. If ever I’m back I’m doing Versailles.
Not much to be said about a river cruise. We got on a boat, it went up the River, turned around and then came back. Some good photos though.
I don’t know what half of these are. There was a running commentary but I couldn’t hear it over the running commentary of four Chinese women directly behind us. All four talked flat out the whole trip. I’m fairly sure they don’t know what any of it was either.

Realising it was Saturday, and that Montmartre is an artist hub, we wandered back there and took in some of the sites, and sights. And saw some things on the way.

And with that, the Paris leg of the trip is over. We’re off to Bordeaux tomorrow morning. I’ll miss Montmartre.
