Easy day to finish the week. Had to be out of the flat by 11am, flat in Brighton wasn’t available until after 1pm. No way we’re we dragging our cases around for hours, so we stayed at the flat, tidied up blogs, attended to social media and had an easy morning.
Down to the station, caught the 11:20 from Portsmouth to Brighton, arriving a bit after 12:30. By the time we caught the taxi to the flat it was 1pm.
Offloaded the cases and off to the Duck House. The Duck House is a bit of an institution in Brighton. If you’re not into rubber ducks then it’s not much of a sight (and you’re weird), but if you are then there is a duck for any occasion. Got a couple more for our collection.

When we were in the UK in 2015 there were Shaun the Sheep statues all around London, as part of the 2015 Rugby World Cup. Shaun was the mascot.
Never expected to see them in Brighton, but they’ve appeared everywhere. Different ones, something to do with a charity and the Shaun the Sheep trail. We’ve discovered about a dozen thus far, apparently there’s 42 around the coast. Each one is ewe-nique.

Caught up with Emily and Chris and finished off the day with dinner at an Indian restaurant. Seating was a challenge, but fortunately no one was injured.

Tomorrow is going to be a really exciting day. Going to look at wedding dresses with Emily (yay)!
