We’ve made a start. We’re currently in the Silverkris Lounge at Changi Airport, and will be for a while. There is a 6-hour layover here.
Flight was a bit bumpy, kind of like lying in the backseat, travelling on a dirt road. We did get to lie down though, much more comfy than sitting bolt upright. I wasn’t thrilled about the 3am tap on the shoulder for breakfast though.
While we can eat and drink all we want in the lounge, that only sounds like a good idea. It’s not even 7am yet so the duty free isn’t open yet. Time for a mini-blog update.
We leave for Frankfurt about 10am local time, then onto Heathrow. Not sure what time we get in, but it’s after everything shuts so the sightseeing will commence in earnest tomorrow.
